I think so. That’s also why Justin Bieber is so popular. Tim loves Bieber.
I should also point out that Justin Bieber is a big fan of mechanism design. That may also be a contributing factor.
Unfortunately, Bieber doesn’t study truthful mechanisms. He’s all about profit-maximization.
